As a travel agent, I often don't get to see our clients enjoying their trips - so it is always VERY appreciated to hear a trip went well and clients enjoyed the efforts made to customize the trip to them personally. Thank you also for the great review on Sam. I just got off the phone with Sam as we are planning a trip to Wales together for a client )-and he mentioned this review you sent- and I didn't know anything about it. For some reason it ended up in my SPAM folder! So I'm sorry to reply so late. I have forwarded your review along to the director and founder of OST now too. Sam really does go the extra mile for our clients as well as being an amazing and timely driver. I know our clients are taken care of well with him and it is comforting to know when our clients are being guided by him. Our drivers are really our colleagues and team mates for our trips They are responsible for the actual physical touring and meeting you in person - and so their driving skills as well as their personal skills are all included in their job ( and not every driver has both skill sets ;-)) as Sam does. Also our trips are customized- so they always have pieces that are written by us that are not the same usual tour that some drivers and guides do day after day - and Sam takes the time to understand the logistics and reasoning behind the different requests.
