Droppin Chauffeurs Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the services provided by Droppin Chauffeurs, a company registered in the United Kingdom, providing chauffeur and private tour services ("Services"). By booking or using our Services, you ("Client") agree to be bound by these Terms.
Our Services
Droppin Chauffeurs offers a range of Services including, but not limited to, chauffeur driven vehicles, private tours, airport transfers, and special event transportation. Our Services are designed to provide Clients with a luxurious and personalized transportation experience.
Booking Terms
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Droppin Chauffeurs. To book our Services, Clients must provide accurate and complete information, including pick-up and drop-off locations, dates, and times. A deposit may be required to secure a booking, with the balance due on the day of service or as otherwise agreed.
Cancellation Policy
If a Client cancels a booking, they will be liable for a cancellation fee, which will be calculated based on the time of cancellation and the Services booked. The cancellation fee will be as follows:
- 48 hours or more before the scheduled pick-up time: 25% of the total booking cost- 24-47 hours before the scheduled pick-up time: 50% of the total booking cost- Less than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time: 100% of the total booking cost
Payment Terms
Payment for our Services can be made by credit/debit card, bank transfer, or other methods as agreed. All payments must be made in full, in accordance with these Terms. Droppin Chauffeurs reserves the right to charge a payment processing fee.
Vehicle and Driver Information
Our vehicles are maintained to the highest standards, and our drivers are experienced and professional. However, in the unlikely event of a vehicle breakdown or driver availability issue, Droppin Chauffeurs will use reasonable efforts to provide an alternative vehicle or driver.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information, including any special requirements or requests. Clients must also comply with all applicable laws and regulations, and must not engage in any behaviour that could be considered harassment or abuse of our drivers or vehicles.
Liability and Insurance
Droppin Chauffeurs maintains insurance to cover its vehicles and drivers. However, Clients are responsible for their own personal belongings and for ensuring that they have adequate insurance coverage for their own risks.
Limitation of Liability
In no event will Droppin Chauffeurs be liable for any consequential, indirect, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities.
Governing Law: These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the London Court of International Arbitration.
Changes to Terms
Droppin Chauffeurs reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time, without prior notice. It is the Client's responsibility to review these Terms regularly.
Acceptance
By booking or using our Services, Clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If Clients do not agree to these Terms, they must not use our Services.
