I am Candace Flanary, the mother of Will Flanary. We recently had the pleasure of touring England on a trip organized by Old Sod Travel. Our experience in and around London was fantastic, thanks in large part to Sam from DROPPIN Chauffeur Services. Sam was our driver, and he was incredibly kind, pleasant, and accommodating, especially when unexpected situations arose. For instance, he graciously offered to drive to a different terminal at Heathrow to pick up my other son, Michael, and still managed to get us to our first event on time.

I often sat in the front seat during our journeys, and Sam's personable and easy-going nature put everyone in our party at ease. He knew the best spots for photo opportunities, navigated narrow roads with ease, and was always ready with great restaurant recommendations. He even provided thoughtful touches, like having bottled water and candies for us, and once stopped at a convenience store to get my grandchildren their favorite candy. These gestures made him feel like part of the family.

Sam is a true asset to anyone or any company needing his services. His kindness, professionalism, and knowledge of the area made our trip even more special. He was always punctual and dependable, exactly where he said he would be.

If I ever have the pleasure of traveling with Old Sod Travel again, I hope our paths cross with Sam once more. He was wonderful!

Thank you so much for taking the time to write this. As a travel agent, I often don't get to see our clients enjoying their trips - so it is always VERY appreciated to hear a trip went well and clients enjoyed the efforts made to customize the trip to them personally.

Thank you also for the great review on Sam. I just got off the phone with Sam as we are planning a trip to Wales together for a client )-and he mentioned this review you sent- and I didn't know anything about it. For some reason it ended up in my SPAM folder! So I'm sorry to reply so late. I have forwarded your review along to the director and founder of OST now too.

Sam really does go the extra mile for our clients as well as being an amazing and timely driver. I know our clients are taken care of well with him and it is comforting to know when our clients are being guided by him. Our drivers are really our colleagues and team mates for our trips They are responsible for the actual physical touring and meeting you in person - and so their driving skills as well as their personal skills are all included in their job ( and not every driver has both skill sets ;-)) as Sam does. Also our trips are customized- so they always have pieces that are written by us that are not the same usual tour that some drivers and guides do day after day - and Sam takes the time to understand the logistics and reasoning behind the different requests..
